Magic SquareEvolution of a true magic square. On a square grid with n x n fields the numbers from 1 to n x n are initially distributed at random. The aim is to find an arrangement where all sums of columns, all sums of rows and the sums of both the diagonals yield the same value S, the magic sum. This arrangement is called a true magic square.
