AV equipment

Authors presenting their work are advised that each conference and workshop room will have a data projector, computer with Internet access and overhead projector. You do not need to bring your laptop, but you are advised to bring your presentation on CD for ease of presentation.

If you require a video facilities, please contact Ernesto Costa, the local organiser in advance so that equipment can be ordered.

Wireless access for laptops and Internet access points will be available at the conference venue.

Poster boards

The poster boards can accommodate posters up to A0 size. (vertical or horizontal). A0 size is 841 × 1189 mm (approx 33 x 47 inches), with further information on paper sizes available here. Posters can be stored at the registration desk, but please ensure that they are clearly marked with your name. Please direct any technical queries in advance to Ernesto Costa, the local organiser.
